This document has been prepared by Omniverse Cybersecurity and Information Technologies Inc. (“Omniverse” or “Company”) in its capacity as the “Data Controller,” within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). It aims to inform you about the processing of personal data (e.g., your name, surname, contact information, and any data that can identify an individual) provided to or collected by us, and to fulfill our obligation to inform you about your rights.

  • To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
  • To request notification of the actions taken to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
  • To object to any negative consequences arising from the analysis of your processed data,
  • To claim compensation for damages resulting from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
